What is MoveWell?

MoveWell is a personal clip organizer for fitness and rehab. You bring in short exercise videos, mark the segment that matters, tag it, and build a reusable library of your own footage. It's a place to organize your clips — not a coach or a social network.

I can't sign in

If you used Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google, make sure you're picking the same provider you originally signed up with.
If you used email and password, use Forgot Password? on the sign-in screen — we'll email you a reset link.
Still stuck? Email us at the address above and include the email you're trying to sign in with.

How do I add a clip?

From your camera roll or another app, use the system share sheet and choose MoveWell.
The video is brought into your library — the original file on your device is never modified.

How do I mark an exercise segment?

Open a clip and set a start and end point around the single exercise you want to keep.
Give the segment a label and any tags (movement, body part, or rehab protocol).
MoveWell stores the markers — the start time, end time, and label — alongside your clip.

How do I build a workout or log a session?

Group your tagged segments into a workout you can revisit.
Log a session to keep a simple record of what you trained and when.

How do I delete my account?

From inside the app: Profile → Settings → Delete Account. The deletion completes within 30 days. You can also request deletion by emailing the address above. See the full data deletion policy for details.
